SHIPPING POLICY

All Her Setup orders ship from the United States. We work with independent US-based suppliers to bring you thoughtfully sourced products — because fast, reliable delivery matters as much as the product itself.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days depending on the supplier. Estimated shipping times are noted on each product page.

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on all orders over $150. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $150 and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Some orders may ship directly from our supplier partners, so you may receive separate tracking numbers if you order multiple products.

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the continental United States only. We're working on international shipping — sign up below to be notified when it's available.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
